Eligibility

Salaried Individuals:

  • Salaried employee of public/private limited companies, Business organizations/Employed for a minimum of 3 years,
  • Minimum salary of Rs.3.00 lacs p.a.
  • Minimum age at the time of sanction 23 years, Maximum age: 60 years or retirement age.

Self Employed individuals/ Professionals, Sole Proprietorship firms, partnership firms, and private Limited Companies:

  • Minimum age at the time of sanction 23 years, ‘Maximum age 65 years (Maximum age at loan maturity: 75 years)
  • Minimum annual income of Rs.3 lacs

For Salaried:

(i) Latest 1 year IT return /Form 16 issued by employer

(ii) Latest 3 months salary slips

(iii) Latest 6 months bank statement showing the salary credit

For Self Employed Professionals: 

(i) Latest IT Assessment and financials for last 3 years (Audited Balance sheet , P&L a/c and schedules)

(ii) Last 12 months Bank account statement of all applicants

(iii) Latest GST Returns

(iv) Professional qualification certificate and degree certificate for professionals

(v)  Business Continuity Proof- Any one document dated 3 years old ( Bank statement/sales tax challan/ IT returns/ Shot &Est Certificate/Partnership deed

For partnership firm/Pvt Limited Companies:

(i) Latest IT Assessment  and financials for last 3 years (Audited Balance sheet , P&L a/c and schedules)

(ii) Latest 12 months Bank account statement

(iii) Latest GST Returns

(iv) Partnership deed 

(v) COI/MOA/AOA/Latest share holding pattern/Board resolution for Pvt Limited companies

A Loan Against Property is a secured loan where you mortgage your residential, commercial, or industrial property as collateral to borrow funds. You retain ownership and usage of the property . Funds can be used for any purpose, such as business expansion, education, medical expenses, weddings, or debt consolidation.
LAP is secured (lower risk for lender), lower interest rates, higher amounts, and longer tenures than unsecured personal/business loans.
Indian resident
- Age: 23-65 years (75 years at loan maturity).
- Salaried, self-employed professionals, or business owners with stable income.
- Credit score: Preferably 650+.
- Clear property title, free from disputes
Residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Properties must be legally owned, marketable, and not agricultural land, gram panchayat, or unauthorized constructions
KYC: PAN, Aadhaar, passport/Voter ID.
- Income proof: Salary slips/ITR/bank statements (6-12 months).
- Property documents: Title deed, encumbrance certificate, approved plans, tax receipts.
- Photographs and application form
The applicant borrower can get a maximum loan amount of 60% of the market value of the property as assessed by the company approved valuer, subject to availability of adequate cash flow for meeting the repayment obligations within the stipulated period.
